I’ve got a fever. And the only cure is more ecru.

Actually, this muted, neutral color goes by a lot of names: ecru, bone, nude, natural, sand, stone… but call it what you want. It’s the loveliest.

I started noticing it last spring (as in 2016) when I got this bag in what was called “cement” (same color, different name again), and now I see it popping up everywhere from leather goods to summer fashion items, home goods to beauty products.
